You can request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on <email> or <whatsapp>. Refunds are issued once the product reaches us, after deducting a small return shipping fee (around 15% of the order value). Products must be unused and in original condition. Towels and other hygiene products cannot be returned if used.
