Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

• Average processing time: 1-5 business working days.
• During special occasions or popular sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Please note: Day 1 is the business day after placing the order.

Delivery Time:

• After processing, our logistics partner (DTDC or Bluedart or Delhivery for Domestic orders and DHL for International orders) will collect your order from our warehouse.
• Delivery time frame: 3-7 working days based on your location.

• Considerable discounts offered for bulk orders, corporate gifting, and retailing.
• Full payment required before order processing.
• Lead time for order will be based on order quantity and product.

Shipping charges:

• Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page before proceeding for payment
• The payment processed will include the shipping charges for the order placed.
