How to Initiate a Return

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Towel products are not eligible for return if used, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • A minimal return shipping fee (usually around 15% of the order value) will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return logistics.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks. Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain personal-use or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
